When
The net is on every Thursday, 00:00 to 23:59 UTC. A check-in up to 6 hours before it opens or 6 hours after it closes still counts.
The next one opens .
By radio
A check-in sent by radio reaches the net only when a gateway (an IGate) hears it and passes it on to the internet.
